Guilt Free Dessert - Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie


This tastes like a peanut butter cup without all the added sugar and oils plus added protein for muscle recovery.  Truly delicious!


Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie


 2 scoops BioTrust Low Carb Chocolate Protein Powder (or any brand)
1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp pure cocoa powder
5 ice cubes
