Holiday Workouts

We find ourselves deep in the holiday season this week; snow, shopping, travel, stress!  Lots of things to celebrate this time of year, but if the joys of the season are feeling a little overwhelming, remember that a quick workout can do wonders.  Don't beat yourself up for missing your usual workouts if you have to (I missed my Weds class this week trying to find that perfect gift!), but try to grab a few minutes of stretching or cardio to get some blood flowing and calm the mind if you can.  In the midst of spreading cheer and buying gifts, remember to take care of yourself!  Happy holidays!
