Hoorah for the overused cliche! Here is my reasoning for its' use today. This can be a very stressful and hectic week. Take time to be kind to people and appreciate what they offer to the world. Hug your loved ones (while hugging, take a really deep breath - that alone can lower your blood pressure and heartrate) and give thanks for the amazing life you have. Pay it forward among the hustle of stressed-out souls this week.
