Everyone is feeling the chill these days, and it's going to be a long
time before spring. Instead of burrowing further into the covers, make
the trek to Urbancore and join us for a jumpboard class. Class format
includes a balanced collection of general reformer exercises
interspersed with low-impact cardio utilizing the jumpboard. It's a
great way to mix things up, get in a great workout, and raise your
temperature without cranking the heater!
