Qigong Workshop @ Urbancore!

Our Qigong Workshop & Juice Cleanse this past Sunday was a success.  It was highly energizing and inspiring for all.  The next one is scheduled for April.  Stay tuned!

Superfast paleo chicken

Hassleback chicken breast stuffed with spinach and pepper jack cheese. 

This recipe could not be easier. I marinated the chicken breasts in olive oil, salt & pepper in the morning and the threw them in the oven when I got home. Served with a leafy salad and my job was done!
